Special Recognitions
In recognition of the stunning, community-wide collaboration efforts for the William Saroyan Centennial, the Fresno Coalition for Arts, Science & History presents the William Saroyan Centennial Committee, the first-ever, Coalition Recognition for Collaboration on October 17, 2008. The William Saroyan Centennial spanned 2008 with over 100 events nearly 40 cultural arts partners to elevate the works of William Saroyan and showcased Fresno and the Central Valley to people around the state, country and the world.
