Cancellations received in writing by October 6th, 2008 are subject to a $10 service fee. After that date, subsutitutions are allowed but no refunds. Upon receipt of registration, you will be mailed a conference confirmation. For more information, call the Coalition at 559-485-1100. No refunds will be granted for "No Shows".
