Written in 2002 by Eduard Diaz, the Fresno Cultural Plan was designed to be a "Living Document." Since the plan was written, the Fresno Arts Council (FAC), the Fresno Coalition for Arts, Science & History (FCASH) and Creative Fresno have all grown and developed, each has undertaken key roles in the cultural arts landscape.
